R
B2B Reorder Agent

Sales Inbox

The shared inbox where buyer intent already lives. The agent reads each email, works the mock ERP, and replies through the same channel.

What you're looking at: a simulated shared inbox for this demo - both sides of the conversation render here so you can watch the agent work. In production there is no new inbox to adopt: a connector attaches to the seller's existing shared sales mailbox (e.g. sales@meridian.com), the agent reads inbound mail and replies from that same address, and buyers keep emailing the address they always have. A draft-only mode lets the agent prepare replies for humans to send during the trust-building phase.
Guided demo scenarios

Scripted buyer conversations that exercise the agent's outcomes. Play them in order - each step unlocks when the previous one completes - or compose your own email to test the agent freely.

Order lifecycle

Clean auto-execution, then a shortage escalated with buyer consent, then a thank-you the agent knows needs nothing.

Ambiguous request

The agent won't guess between candidate products - it asks one question, then executes from the buyer's reply using the thread.

Next step
Dana: 'send us the usual'

“Hi, please send us the usual. Same as before. Thanks!”

Protecting the business

A credit-blocked account and an unauthorised sender - polite stops with no internal detail leaked, value flagged and routed.

Borealis: gasket order (credit block)

“Please ship 30 gasket sets to our Helsinki warehouse as soon as possible.”
